Exploration of risk management in mergers and acquisitions of securities companies

Abstract

This article explores the risk management issues of Chinese securities companies in mergers and acquisitions, emphasizing the importance of risk control and resource integration. By analyzing the cases of Morgan Stanley and UBS, it is pointed out that due diligence, post merger integration, and technological innovation are key to risk management. Suggestions were put forward for risk management in mergers and acquisitions, and key steps for risk management in mergers and acquisitions were summarized.
